You can also select manually whom to exchange reciprocal links with. The system will always make a suggestion but you can remove websites you don't want to exchange links with at any time. You can also select to exhange links with websites in a specific language, websites with a specific Google PageRank and you can decline competitors' websites should this be the case.
You can also add links manually, even when they are not registered members. You can link to any website you want even if this website did not sign up.

I'm not a big fan of the "link exchange" concept. I think it's generally a lot of work
(contacting site owners and begging for links) and there is very little return
